Responsibilities
- Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers and reputed company immediate, empathetic assistance.

- Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.

Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
