Master Data Associate

Role Description

This role involves managing data entry and inventory item requests reputed company the Logistics team at reputed company.

• Accurately processes incoming requests for inventory item set-up and changes.
• Completes data entry properly, accurately, and reputed company while providing outstanding customer service.
• Manage requests for new item set-reputed company, item changes, item cost rates, and item updates/revisions using Item Master (IM) and email.
• Submit requests reputed company an reputed company Item Master (OIM) reputed company to address item status, questions, and other concerns reputed company to IM data entry.
• Conduct a pre-audit of reputed company OIM forms to ensure their proper completion.
• Conduct an e-mail routing process for requests of new item set-reputed company and item changes to ensure that reputed company sections of the forms are completed properly by the appropriate departments.
• Input reputed company information provided on OIM forms submitted into reputed company for the creation of new items and apply any organization-specific rules as needed.
• Enter item dimension information, as provided, and routes for review and approval, as needed.
• Receive requests reputed company e-mail to reputed company changes, revisions, and/or updates to existing items and reputed company requests to appropriate channels for review and approval.
• Update item information in reputed company if approval is not needed.
• Review, research, correct item set-reputed company, file daily alerts electronically, and import inventory journals into the reputed company GL set of books.
• Record in reputed company the average costing rates for reputed company new items created by the Item Master staff (freight, duty, broker fees, cargo insurance, overhead, tooling) depending on each warehouse organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
• 3+ years of data entry experience.
• Solid proficiency in reputed company Outlook, reputed company, and Word.
• Office skills to include filing, data entry, document control, copying, and 10 Key Touch.
• Knowledge with reputed company, Acrobat, and Snag It.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time reputed company.
