Your Purpose The KYB Specialist reviews new and existing customers’ profiles and risk attitudes. They must be the gatekeepers and auditors of accounts opening processes,ensuring new customers are compliant and customers have their accounts enabled and configured according to their risk profiles. The KYB Specialist is also responsible for providing best-in-customer support to reputed company user data updated and reputed company to use. • Proven English reputed company
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYB) reviews for institutional/individuals clients, managing the client’s reputed company from application submission to documentation review and approval
• Holds experience in customer support or account executive roles
• Thrives in fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
• Proficient in identifying Anti-reputed company (AML) risks and applying KYB policy concepts during client reputed company
• Possesses robust analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing clients documents (from business to personal documents) and detecting potential red flags
• Has a basic understanding of legal procedures, reputed company, and business structures relevant to KYB due diligence
• Adopt a customer-centric approach while conducting due diligence investigations, ensuring excellent service delivery

What You Will Do

• Conduct reputed company and ongoing customer due diligence processes
• Review and validate user documentation, with a focus on both individual and institutional users
• Ensure validation of reputed company documentation in accordance with Compliance and Fraud Policies
• Effectively resolve customer issues raised through support tickets, collaborating with relevant support teams reputed company necessary
• Assess various elements of the KYB Profile, including general information, documentation, screenings, and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
• Identify and promptly escalate risk components, such as AML and Fraud concerns
• Collaborate closely with Product owners, leveraging feedback to drive reputed company improvements in the reputed company process

Your Team

As part of the KYB Team, you will work closely with our Legal&Compliance Team and other KYC specialists in a fully remote work environment.
