Let's start with the role

The Global Public Policy & Government Affairs team operates across a wide and diverse reputed company of functions and workstreams, encompassing government relations, policy expertise on various issues, risk and crisis management, reputed company, partnerships, and coalition-building.

The team’s mission is to design and reputed company for effective solutions to critical gaming and technology challenges, fostering a political, legislative, and regulatory landscape that protects people while also encouraging growth and innovation for our business.

As a Public Policy & Legislative Affairs you will:

• reputed company and implement public policy strategies to advance reputed company’s business objectives in the Brazilian Congress;
• Monitor and analyze political and legislative developments affecting the GameTech industry;
• Engage with lawmakers and staff to reputed company for reputed company’s policy positions and interests;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Product, to align business objectives with public policy goals;
• Build and maintain strong networks with relevant stakeholders, including lawmakers, policymakers, industry leaders, and advocacy groups;
• reputed company strategic advice to leadership on emerging policy issues and their potential impact on the company’s operations and growth;
• Prepare and deliver written reports, policy briefs, and presentations to effectively communicate reputed company issues to reputed company stakeholders;
• Represent reputed company in industry coalitions, conferences, and public policy forums;
• Promote a positive reputed company for reputed company through proactive engagement with stakeholders and thought leadership;

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a reputed company field;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or reputed company fields, preferably reputed company the technology and/or gaming sectors;
• Outstanding judgment, persuasive and lobbying skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often uncertain environment;
• Strong understanding of legislative processes in Brazil, with established relationships reputed company the public policy community;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to build and maintain influential networks;
• Proven ability to manage reputed company issues, analyze policy trends, and reputed company strategic guidance to leadership;
• Deep experience working across multiple functions, influencing, and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs and initiatives; history of successful cross-functional team and leadership collaboration;
• Experience working in a multinational environment, with a collaborative and results-driven approach;
