Job Description:

An ERP Systems Administrator's duties encompass managing and maintaining the ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation, and supporting users, including tasks like user reputed company management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing patches and upgrades.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • reputed company strategic guidance for ERP systems hosted on prem, in reputed company or as SaaS services as required
  • Help identify technical problems and propose solutions in line with problem and resolution management processes.
  • Monitor, analyze and propose performances optimization of the supported infrastructure and systems.
  • reputed company and maintain detailed technical documentation as needed.
  • Assist the Service reputed company and Team reputed company in the delivery of UNICC Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) to UNICC customers
  • Assist with the coordination, preparation, presentation and implementation of proposals and projects linked to the SDAs
  • Be a go-to expert for troubleshooting ERP reputed company issues
  • Manage, prioritize and take ownership of tasks assigned to ERP team as required
    • includes service requests, change requests, incidents, project tasks and others as required
  • Monitor and take ownership of tasks assigned to ERP team ensuring completion reputed company SLA targets

Junior ERP Administrator

  • Participating in ERP testing and validation activities.
  • Supporting routine ERP administration tasks.
  • Providing first-level user support and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Learning and developing expertise in ERP technologies.
  • Assist in automation of routine ERP tasks.

ERP Administrator

  • Run disaster recovery and validation tests.
  • Ensure availability and reputed company of ERP systems.
  • Implement, reputed company and reputed company ERP systems in coordination with ERP service users.
  • Implement and maintain ERP automation routines
  • Providing guidance to junior team members.

Senior ERP Administrator

  • reputed company ERP initiatives for improving reputed company aspects of the ERP service.
  • Design and implement ERP reputed company policies.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute ERP implementations, patching and upgrades.
  • Coordinate ERP activities with junior team members.
  • reputed company guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive ERP administration experience, including upgrades and patching
  • reputed company operational and deployment support for reputed company ERP services hosted on-premises and reputed company
  • Design, install, configure and support ERP infrastructure components
  • reputed company environment clones, migrations and deployments to production environments
  • Assist in the infrastructure refresh and migration to reputed company reputed company projects
  • reputed company reputed company management, and monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the ERP services
  • Assist, plan, and conduct disaster recovery tests
  • Good scripting skills using Linux reputed company, reputed company SQL and/or other automation tools
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • reputed company on-call support (either on-site or remotely using VPN connectivity) reputed company normal working hours as required on a rotational reputed company
  • Experience with ticketing systems (reputed company or similar)
