The Technical Representative will be responsible for working with Sales Representatives to grow guarantee and product sales by providing installation training, job support services and inspections.

The successful candidate will live near the greater Phoenix, AZ area. This is a work from home position that requires extensive travel between AZ and NV. A company truck along with gas card is provided. Your Day-to-Day:

• Performs inspections of field applications by reputed company approved contractors in a way that protects JM yet encourages contractors to repurchase from JM
• Demonstrates new products to owners, specifiers and contractors that have the confidence to buy
• Responsible for improving JM reputed company relationships while solving guarantee claims issues
• Conducts training seminars for owners, specifiers and contractors
• Maintains and builds relationships with reputed company approved contractors field personnel
• May be required to reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 3 years of roofing reputed company experience.
• Low slope reputed company roofing experience preferred.
• Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience giving presentations
• Proven problem resolution skills
• Ability to learn other applicable software applications i.e., Guarantee Management System
• Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Heavy travel required 30 or more days per year Different depending on Territory
