Roles and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree ( Engineering) coupled with at least 2 years experience in the Battery Energy Sorage Systems market
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on roles with proven indirect leadership over other business function
• Minimum of 3 years of experience on go-to-market / business strategy role

Desired Characteristics

• Proficiency on generating insights from data analysis and building business cases
• Experience on the Solar Power, eFuels production or eFuels consumption markets (Fuel Cells)
• Proven experience & knowledge of go-to-market strategy definition, focusing on end-users directly
• Electrical/Electronical Engineering degree
• Ability to manage and deliver results through a matrixed organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company programs / projects.

The salary reputed company for this position is 111,800.00 - 149,100.00 Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable incentive performance bonus of 15%.
