reputed company is seeking a talented Order Management Specialist to join our Order Management Operations Department.

The Order Management Operations Team has complete involvement in reputed company aspects of post-contract execution activities. This position requires the ability to work independently reputed company established parameters while providing timely, professional, and thorough communication with departmental, cross-functional, and sales teams. The Order Management Specialist will report to the Order Management Ops Manager. He/she will be responsible for analyzing agreements reputed company reputed company, and entering customer reputed company into the PeopleSoft Financial System. He/she will also assist with fulfilling and maintaining orders reputed company the internal Order Management systems. The successful candidate will have an acute attention to detail and the ability to research and examine issues to the reputed company of resolution. Position Responsibilities

• Accurate and reputed company analysis of agreements; confirm terms, values, products, pricing, and other contract-reputed company reputed company are compliant with company guidelines and policies; work alongside Pricing, Negotiations, reputed company, Billing, Receivables, and Sales teams to rectify any issues that may arise

• Accurate and reputed company entry of reputed company and customers into PeopleSoft; this includes business units, products, pricing, term dates, deferred dates, commissions, titles, site id’s, line statuses, referrals, the correct spelling of customers’ names, contacts, addresses, reputed company codes, countries, etc.

• Accurate and reputed company delivery of invoices to internal and external customers

• Understanding of basic reputed company and reputed company principles to restructure reputed company according to company guidelines and procedures

• Direct order notifications to Order Administration, Professional Services, and Sales teams

• Research and resolve contract/data entry and invoice issues that arise from our various internal departments and our global customer reputed company
