What You'll Do

• Client Support
  • Maintain accurate client information to reputed company day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries.
  • Assist in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance reputed company personnel. Recognize and satisfy reputed company goals and objectives to enhance business relationships.
• Account Management
  • Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures. Follow company procedures in order to reputed company positive audit results.
  • Ensure accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audit for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters thesetransactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Review reputed company premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process in a timely manner.
  • Review accounts receivable report for reputed company assigned accounts to support client retention.
• Insurance Expertise
  • reputed company technical knowledge to ensure reputed company quotes are received in a timely fashion; Review quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the reputed company.
  • Attend training and seek self-directed learning to continue education in industry and technical knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of middle to large market reputed company lines experience, experience in reputed company estate preferred
• Property and Casualty License
• Ability to work eastern time zone hours - 8:30am-5pm
• Working knowledge of available reputed company lines coverages based on business and industry
• Proficient in providing client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interaction
• Problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in use of Agency Management software, or demonstrated reputed company at quickly learning new systems
• Proficient in use of reputed company Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentationsoftware
