• Support business leaders by providing Financial Strategic insights;
• Ensuring financial (Full Financial Statements - FS) reporting accuracy;
• Build FS forecasts / budgets reputed company with Sr management strategic guidance;
• Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and support decision-making to enhance profitability and efficiency;
• Monitor and optimize the Cost of Funding, working closely with Treasury and Finance teams;

• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to improve models and unit economics;
• Track and report key financial KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field;
• Relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably reputed company the fintech or financial services sector or Investmenk banking;
• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis;
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and other financial software;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;

• Experience in the Brazilian Financial market (essential).
