As a key leader, you will be responsible for hiring and leading high-performing engineering teams while driving innovation in the reputed company Data Engineering product area. As the Director Engineering, you will…

We are excited if you have….

• BE, MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the industry

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, including departmental or multi-team management

• Proven track record of leading large, geographically distributed teams (25+ engineers), including managers and senior-level contributors

• Deep expertise in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems in production environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts and strategic goals to diverse audiences
