About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and pragmatic Associate reputed company Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and negotiating a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements and supporting cross-functional teams on legal and business issues. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable balancing legal risks with business objectives.

As an Associate reputed company Counsel, you will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of reputed company reputed company, including SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Advise internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance) on legal risks and contractual reputed company to reputed company business reputed company.
• Support legal operations by assisting in implementing and managing a contract management system.
• Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards affecting the company.

• Foster strong relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth contract execution.

What you'll need:

• J.D. degree and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5+ years of relevant legal experience, with a mix of reputed company and in-house experience strongly preferred.
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements in the tech or SaaS industry.
