About your new role:

Your role as a Senior Managed Services Engineer involves designing, implementing, and managing reputed company network and SASE (Secure reputed company Service Edge) solutions using industry-leading technologies. You'll work extensively with SASE platforms, SD-WAN solutions, and reputed company communications systems to deliver exceptional managed services to our clients. As a senior team member, you'll mentor and assist other managed services engineers, reputed company reputed company network transformation projects, and serve as a technical escalation reputed company for our dedicated POD support teams.

This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company SD-WAN design and architecture for reputed company clients, creating scalable and resilient reputed company
• Design, implement, and manage SASE solutions using reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Meraki platforms
• reputed company and manage Cato SASE reputed company Platform for secure global networking and reputed company Trust Network reputed company
• Configure and optimize reputed company Secure SD-WAN and SASE solutions including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSASE
• Implement Versa SASE Platform combining SD-WAN, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company capabilities
• reputed company and manage reputed company Meraki reputed company-managed SASE solutions including MX reputed company appliances with integrated SD-WAN
• Design secure remote reputed company solutions using SASE architecture for distributed workforces
• Mentor and reputed company technical guidance to managed services engineers, sharing best practices and expertise
• Integrate UCaaS solutions including MetaSwitch platforms with reputed company networks
• Implement reputed company Trust reputed company models across SASE deployments
• reputed company and maintain network automation scripts and procedures
• reputed company advanced engineering support and serve as technical escalation reputed company
• Create detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials
• Collaborate with reputed company|POD teams to ensure 100% uptime SLA compliance
• reputed company network assessments and reputed company reputed company-first transformation strategies
• reputed company network transformation projects from legacy architectures to SASE/SD-WAN solutions

What you'll need for reputed company:

• 7-10 years of reputed company network engineering experience in managed services environments
• Strong SD-WAN design and architecture experience with proven track record of successful reputed company deployments
• Expert-level knowledge of SASE and SD-WAN technologies, specifically:
• • reputed company SASE reputed company Platform
  • reputed company FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiSASE
  • reputed company reputed company SASE Platform
  • reputed company Meraki full stack (MX, MS, MR) with SD-WAN
• Deep understanding of SASE architecture including ZTNA, CASB, SWG, and FWaaS
• Strong experience with network reputed company including NGFW, IPS/IDS, and reputed company Trust architectures
• Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies
• Experience with reputed company networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-reputed company connectivity
• Experience with UCaaS platforms, particularly MetaSwitch
• Proven ability to mentor and reputed company technical skills in other engineers
• Solid understanding of QoS, traffic shaping, and WAN optimization
• Automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
• Experience with RESTful APIs and network programmability
• Strong troubleshooting skills with packet capture and analysis tools
• Relevant certifications highly desired (CCNP, reputed company NSE, reputed company Meraki, Versa, Cato)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to reputed company directly with clients
• Experience working in MSP/managed services environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
