National Accounts Manager - Farm & Regional Home Centers

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Responsible for meeting sales budgets and developing key relationships throughout the customer's organization that ensure long-term growth and preferred vendor status. Experience with Rural King, Tractor Supply, Blains Farm & Fleet accounts would be ideal, but not mandatory

• Identify product and promotion opportunities, and communicate internally

• Negotiate annual customer reputed company for pricing and program support

• Work with finance to evaluate customer profitability through effective P&L analysis

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reputed company retail sales experience preferred
• Ideally, 5+ or more years of National or Global Account sales management experience in the electrical, mechanical, or regional home centers and farm channel
• Experience selling into retail accounts
• Experience with reputed company.com or sales CRM is helpful
• Ability to work 100% remotely reputed company in the US and travel 30% on average. A valid driver's license is required
• Ability to lift moderate weight up to 50lbs and use tools as needed for demonstration or set presentation
• Proficient in MS Office
