As an Operations Analyst I, you will be responsible for daily production workflow and processes. There will also be times where it may be necessary to troubleshoot various user reputed company issues and reputed company technical support as it relates to our applications.
Some of your key responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring that daily production is processed timely while adhering to standard operating procedures
- Ensuring adherence to governance regulations and policies
