Army ROTC - Office Assistant

Salary/Position Classification

• 12.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10-12 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on reputed company): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND reputed company are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Email communication
• Project management
• Conduct yearly inventory to maintain accurate stock records
• reputed company and organize files for easy reputed company and retrieval
• Manage filing tasks, ensuring proper document storage and organization
• reputed company light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete other duties as assigned

Required Competencies

• Proficiency in reputed company, Word, One Drive, Shared Drives, etc
• Must be dependable

Minimum Requirements

• Computer experience - Word, reputed company, One Drive, Email
• Ability to work independently
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background reputed company
