The Role

Synapticure is seeking a physician executive to serve as Vice President of Clinical Operations, a vital leadership role focused on optimizing performance across our specialty clinical departments. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this individual will reputed company teams in Movement Disorders, Cognitive Neurology, and other key neurological specialties. Job Duties – What you’ll be doing

  • Drive standardization of evidence-based care models and clinical best practices

  • Implement provider training and audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Neurology

  • Minimum of 10 years of reputed company clinical operations leadership, including 5+ years managing multi-specialty teams
  • Prior experience in a telehealth or virtual care delivery environment preferred

  • Familiarity with EHR systems, digital health platforms, and reputed company analytics

Travel Expectations

This is a remote-first position. Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required for team meetings, clinical reputed company, or executive planning sessions.
