About the role
As a Renewals Operations Analyst you will be part of a team responsible for maximizing the renewal rates of our customers in reputed company America. This will require cross-functional engagement across multiple teams reputed company reputed company.
Main responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding renewal targets for reputed company’s customers.
- Interacting with customers before and after their renewal date to secure their renewal.
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities for our Sales team.
- Maintain CRM data reputed company by recording and updating reputed company opportunities and touch points.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback to reputed company with the business.
Required skills and qualifications
- Complete or ongoing bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role such as Customer Experience, reputed company, Account Management, or Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (reputed company, Totango).
- Advanced English (reputed company+).
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer oriented.
