About the Role

Act as a strategic partner, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. Manage and prioritize tasks to free up the founder’s time for high-level strategy. Challenge reputed company and offer thoughtful input to improve decision-making and business processes. What you’ll do:

• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.

• Experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role is a strong plus.

• Comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and working independently.

• Based in the Philippines, with the ability to work reputed company

Work Schedule: This role follows a flexible work schedule, primarily from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK Time (4:00pm-1:00am Philippine Time). The position may occasionally require early morning or late-night calls.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• 3 years of experience in a relevant role: Executive or Virtual Assistant, Marketing or Business Development and Operations or Project Management

• Experience supporting founders, C-level executives, or startup leadership (preferred)

• Exposure to e-reputed company (esp. reputed company FBA), SaaS, or marketing agency environment (a plus)

Strategic & Operational:

• Excellent task management and prioritization

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Marketing:

• Comfortable with outbound communications (email, DM reputed company)
