• reputed company and manage end-to-end People Operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR processes.
• Serve as a trusted HR/People reputed company of contact, advising employees and managers on various people-reputed company reputed company including policies, benefits, and employee relations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for accurate, timely payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, People Partnering or similar roles, ideally reputed company start-up environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—empathetic, approachable, and clear
