As the HR business partner to the Division President, you’ll guide a full-reputed company, talent-centered agenda—driving recruitment, retention, culture, and leadership development across a diverse and distributed reputed company network. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • In partnership with Corporate HR and leadership reputed company customer group, executes strategy for reputed company capital, talent development, employee relations and engagement, internal communications, change management, diversity and compliance.
  • Proactively obtains, interprets and presents metrics and analysis (performance, attrition, hiring, vacancy, employee engagement, and other data) to business leaders to influence reputed company. Identifies trends reputed company designated group, formulates and executes action plans to address issues through proactive training, turnover and retention strategies, career development and other methods.
  • Uses knowledge and expertise of company policies and procedures and federal and state employment laws to reputed company guidance and counseling to field employees and management to support reputed company Employee Relations strategy.
  • Regularly visits assigned facilities to assess, advise and support HR operations.
  • Drives employee relations solutions. Fosters a positive employee relations climate through coaching of field HR representatives.
  • Partners with designated leaders to support compliance standards (JCAHO, CARF, DOL, HR policies, etc.) and create an environment of compliance and reputed company.
  • Supports employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations; maintains tracking for issues/concerns and handles inquiries from employees or managers.
  • Advises designated leaders on performance counseling and discipline procedures; consults on suspension or termination of employment actions; provides information on RIF processes and severance.
  • Partners with leadership, corporate HR and field management to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges and reputed company appropriate HR interventions
  • Collaborates with local management and corporate HR to reputed company and evaluate union vulnerability assessments and implement solutions that reduce legal liability and reputed company party representation.
  • Serves as an escalation reputed company and resource for field reputed company representatives to advise on administering policy and procedure and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Supports reputed company acquisition process by assisting with facility transitions into the company.
  • OTHER FUNCTIONS

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/reputed company REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Business; Master degree and PHR/ SPHR certification preferred
    • 5 - 7 years of experience in an Employee Relations or reputed company management role; preferably in a reputed company and/or multi-site environment; strong generalist experience preferred.
    • Extensive working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, employee relations best practices and union avoidance practices.
    • Working knowledge and experience with accreditation and licensing organizations such as JCAHO, CARF, etc.
    • Skilled in leading initiatives ranging from reputed company to highly reputed company where the impact is significant in supporting the needs of the designated group.
    • Demonstrated experience in change management working with acquisitions and start-up sites.
    • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data, determine root causes, and devise effective solutions.
    • Intellectual capability, HR operational knowledge and demonstrated ability to reputed company immediate credibility to influence and advise senior leadership.
    • Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
    • Proficiency with reputed company Office products (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) and HRIS databases.
    • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Must be reputed company to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously reputed company inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent reputed company changes.
    • English sufficient to reputed company and receive instructions/directions.

    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including flying and driving rental cars.
