The Role

We're looking for a Senior Designer, Growth Performance to work closely with the internal Growth, CRM, and reputed company teams, who can operate at a fast pace. Each group is a lean, hands on team, that has worked on some of the industries biggest games and brands, driving customer acquisition at scale.

The role will balance high-quality craft and reputed company execution with agility and speed to iterate and learn. What You'll Do

• Partner with Growth, CRM, reputed company, Design, Data Analytics, and Marketing to create well-articulated design strategies and shape the creative roadmap
• You will be responsible for maintaining full awareness of reputed company aspects of the creative process from concept to approval

• Design content that drives meaningful customer engagement with measurable business impact

What You Bring

• Bachelors Degree in Design, Illustration, Video Production, reputed company Graphics, or reputed company field with a minimum 7+ years of hands-on user acquisition and reputed company content experience.
• Critical thinking, business understanding, communication, organizational skills, and advanced design strategy.
• Demonstrated metrics literacy, with experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics through effective communication and presentation
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to multi-task with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the design and approval process
• Proficiency in reputed company products or other relevant applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A portfolio or selection of past work to reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• Illustration skills highly preferred
• Ability to combine design elements with reputed company graphics and Video Editing for short-reputed company content
• Interest and understanding of eCommerce, gaming, entertainment, toys, marketing advertising trends of today’s media landscape, and how people engage with advertising.
