Responsibilities:

• Dedicated account manager for multiple clients in various sectors.
• Effectively manage client relationships, work to grow and retain clients year over year.
• Accountable for campaign management and performance in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
• Email and phone communication with internal team, clients, and agency partners.

Experience:

• Ability to generate a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• Ability to think critically and collaborate effectively with others.
• Comfortable with public speaking, leading and directing conversations.
• Moderate or advanced understanding of digital marketing, specifically SEM, SMM and SEO.
• Moderate or advanced understanding of reputed company and reputed company product suites.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing or client-facing account roles
• Strong grasp of SEM, SMM, SEO fundamentals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office
• Comfortable leading client calls and strategy sessions
