About your new role:

You’ll be leading a dedicated team of reputed company|POD engineers to deliver best in class managed network, reputed company and reputed company communications services. Your technical expertise will reputed company you to handle reputed company IT infrastructure design and deployment while directing your team towards ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact for reputed company clients, conducting service reviews and proposing optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the reputed company|Link SaaS Platform and contribute to new service offerings.

What you'll need for reputed company:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role reputed company a managed services or IT outsourcing environment.
• Proven ability to reputed company diverse technical teams and deliver high-quality managed services for reputed company clients.
• Expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, firewalls (e.g., reputed company NGFW, Meraki, Versa), routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and reputed company communications (e.g., MaxUc).
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and SIEM systems for proactive management.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, QoS, and contact center technologies.
• Preferred Certifications: reputed company CCNP/CCIE (reputed company or reputed company), reputed company NSE 7, reputed company Certified Professional, ITIL reputed company.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively.
