Job Description:

The Vice President of Corporate Development will be responsible for leading the company’s inorganic growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy initiatives. This executive will report to the CEO, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board on an M&A strategy that enables a 15x or greater in value creation for our shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy

• Build a market sensing and intelligence capability to
• Establish a strategic/competitive chessboard with reputed company partnership with Product/R&D
• Partner with leadership/BC/GHP to create the Corporate M&A strategy with clear Buy/Build/Partner reputed company

M&A and Strategic Investments

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic adjacencies

• Prepare materials and drive executive and board-level strategy discussions

Required Competencies:

• Deep technical and business acumen in the areas of Data, Analytics, and AI
• Strong business intelligence skills and engagement with market analysts
• Proven experience in corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
• Proven experience sourcing, leading, and closing M&A deals
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and executive reputed company
