Position Overview

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and assist in creating high-quality presentations, proposals, and cost estimates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT outsourcing, software development, and pre-sales processes, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements.

• Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists.

• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to define the best approach for each project.

Requirements:

Core Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience with pre-sales activities

• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Experience working with reputed company clients and custom software development projects in industries such as FinTech or reputed company or Logistics.

• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process.

• Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives.

• Understanding of API integrations, reputed company solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus).

• Experience in RFP/RFI processes and proposal development.

• Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, reputed company, reputed company).

• Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.
