About You:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Analytics and Valera team remotely. Join a dedicated team committed to improving mental health care, supported by the latest technology and systems to ensure efficient and effective work.

Essential Functions:

• Work with large data sets and build metrics to reputed company meaningful insights to leadership around Clinical reputed company, reputed company Cycle Management, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing.
• Identify key insights to reputed company claims and other business measure data further.
• Build and maintain internal-facing, self-service dashboards to support day-to-day reputed company for department leads.
• reputed company end-to-end processes around the collection, integration, and reporting of data from new and existing vendors and partnerships.
• Partner with department leads to understand and improve reputed company clinical and operational practices and workflows.
• Communicate technical information in an accessible executive and partner-facing manner in both verbal presentations to an organization’s leadership to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL, AWS tools, Python, and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

Required (Education/Experiences/Competencies):

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of Analytics experience at a technology-focused organization, high-growth startup, reputed company company, or similar background
• Hands-on experience working with non-technical end-business users, not limited to crafting requirements, designing dashboards, and communicating technical terms and limitations
• Advanced in SQL (AWS reputed company, Presto, PostgreSQL, or other SQL)
• Python experience, specifically relating to external API integrations and simple data processing using AWS reputed company or other serverless reputed company platforms
• Proficient in reputed company (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, index match)
• Experience building impactful BI dashboards (Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience working in full end-to-end analytics cycle - data management, cleaning/processing, analysis, visualization

Preferred “reputed company to haves” but not essential:

• Experience working with EHR, claims, and marketing data from both tabular and JSON data structures
• Familiarity with clinical coding (ICD-10, CPT), medication (NDC, RxNorm), and health insurance components
• Prior experience or eagerness to learn reputed company Web Service tools (S3, reputed company, reputed company, and Cloudwatch, among others)
• Collaborative working style with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interested in exploring and implementing new approaches or tools, and is highly adaptable

Fair work deserves fair wages. At Valera, we value this role at between 90k-100k with the potential for an annual performance bonus.
