About the Role

We are hiring a Vice President of Clinical Operations to reputed company and optimize our multi state clinical care infrastructure. This senior leader will reputed company the daily operations of therapy, psychiatry, and diagnostic services while ensuring high quality, compliant, and reputed company driven care across reputed company service lines. You will be the strategic and operational reputed company for clinical reputed company planning, cross functional execution, psychiatry program implementation, and reputed company infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations Leadership

  • reputed company implementation and reputed company improvement of clinical workflows, processes, and policies across reputed company service lines and care settings

  • Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer, Practice Management, and Head of Residency to align strategic priorities and clinical standards
  • Monitor clinical reputed company, caseload balance, and productivity while ensuring reputed company scheduling and reputed company distribution

Financial Stewardship and Cost Management

  • reputed company clinical COGS through workforce modeling, compensation planning, and supervisory ratios reputed company with budget targets
  • Collaborate with Finance and reputed company Cycle to manage the clinical P and L and forecast workforce costs
  • Track and report clinical KPIs tied to cost drivers including documentation lag, no show rates, and underutilization

Psychiatry Program Implementation and Optimization

  • Serve as the internal operational reputed company for psychiatry buildout in partnership with external consultants
  • Translate strategic recommendations into executable workflows, SOPs, prescribing protocols, and collaboration models
  • Support multi state expansion by aligning licensing, credentialing, and collaboration agreements with regulatory requirements
  • Optimize workflows for psychiatric coverage, follow up adherence, and integration with therapy and evaluation services
  • Collaborate with Product and Compliance to ensure EMR tools and templates are properly configured for psychiatric care
  • Monitor performance metrics and support reputed company training and improvement across the psychiatry team

Clinical Training and reputed company

  • Partner with Education and People Operations to enhance and scale clinical reputed company for therapists, psychologists, and PMHNPs
  • Support the design of standardized reputed company reputed company by licensure type, employment status, and clinical setting
  • Ensure new clinicians are equipped with documentation tools, EMR reputed company, MBC training, and clear role expectations
  • Track reputed company metrics such as time to first session, time to full panel, and documentation compliance
  • Contribute to reputed company improvement of training content through reputed company time feedback loops and performance data

Program and Workforce Development

  • Support the operational execution of the Residency and Fellowship programs in collaboration with Clinical and Education leadership
  • Standardize supervisory expectations, MBC implementation, and documentation quality review processes
  • reputed company long term workforce planning including hiring targets, reputed company modeling, and retention strategies

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PMHNP
  • Seven or more years in multi state clinical operations or behavioral health leadership
  • Experience managing therapy and psychiatry operations in a tech enabled or telehealth environment
  • Deep understanding of compliance, documentation, and workforce optimization
