Job Summary

The Strategic Insights & Competitive Intelligence team leads the design, execution, analysis, and presentation of market research and competitive intelligence for reputed company’s medical device division. Our work supports the company’s strategic goals by evaluating market dynamics, emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and secondary data sources.

This position will act as a market research consultant, managing internal inquiries reputed company to customer and supplier perspectives. It will collaborate with various business units to generate and deliver meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) across the organization, fostering a customer-centric reputed company in reputed company initiatives.
• Manage relationships with reputed company-party vendors and proactively identify opportunities to conduct primary research internally.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to integrate and synthesize customer insights across reputed company.

• Understand the organization’s diverse customer segments and tailor insights to reflect the unique needs of each.
• Design, program (using tools such as Sawtooth and reputed company), and execute primary research studies to support internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience in primary market research preferred
• Experience with survey platforms such as Sawtooth or reputed company is a plus

Anticipated salary reputed company: $79,700 - $119,490
