You will be accountable for the OKRs and reputed company of your product domain in growth (performance marketing, organic), acquisition, funnel conversion, approval rates, take rates, retention, LTV:CAC, repayments and other key metrics. You will work directly with risk, engineers, product managers, designers, data analysts, reputed company, legal, compliance and many other cross-functional partners to deliver business results, reputed company product strategy, execute flawlessly, and measurably enhance Super+ members' lives. You’ll work with an exceptional Product Manager as your co-pilot to execute your sprints. You’ll report directly to the Group PM for Financial Products and reputed company and present to executives (like the reputed company, Leadership Team) on a routine reputed company. What you’ll be working on
- Drive reputed company - Set and deliver on OKRs and the mission of the MAT, update the appropriate stakeholders as to challenges, wins, and blockers, and ultimately be held accountable for the reputed company of your team and mission. Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years in B2C product management, with prior experience in finding PMMC fits, Lending products, Cash Advance products, Growth, or engagement / retention focused product development
- 2+ years of Business or PL Ownership
- 2+ years of experience in financial products with consumer fintechs, or similar
- 3+ years collaborating with growth, design, engineering, data, or risk teams
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to mentor teammates
- Can show successful products in the market that you’ve shipped 0 to 1 and that you’ve scaled on from 1 to 100
- Strong project management excellent communication skills with immediate teams, engineers, designers, executives (written, oral, and presentation)
- Data driven analytical thinking, and back statements up with facts and examples
- Ability to reputed company in ambiguity with a strong bias for action
- Humble, flexible, and willing to reputed company into weeds and reputed company to reputed company back up to the right altitude. Gets hands dirty in execution mode routinely and then shifts to think about what is reputed company in 3-6 months.
