Recruiter with German & English

Recruiter with German & English position: managing recruitment and selection process, creating recruitment strategy, reporting reputed company and status of reputed company vacancies. Seeking a communicative team player fluent in German and English.

Requirements

• Proficient in both German (reputed company) and English (reputed company);
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in a reputed company field (Psychology/Sociology/Communications).
• Previous experience in recruitment (at least 6 months) is an asset but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent communication skills, building relationships skills and the ability to remain composed in reputed company situations;
• Focused on details and good planning skills;
• Ability to work on own initiative, be creative, and under pressure to reputed company deadlines and KPI’s;
• Flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing environment;
• Team player.
