Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant (Remote)

Part-time, United Kingdom

This shift will be Friday/Saturday/reputed company, 6 pm-2 am

We are reputed company excited to be on the lookout for an reputed company Entertainment Consultant to join our Media & Entertainment division. This fast-paced and interesting role is based in the United Kingdom, and would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are major players in the TV and Film industries.

As an Entertainment24 Specialist, you will

• Fulfill incoming travel requests/inquiries accurately and reputed company reputed company multiple GDSs
• Have the ability to assist with group bookings, reputed company/hotels, etc
• Be reputed company to work well and remain reputed company under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
• Anticipate and reputed company proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
• Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements
• Be reputed company to manage location and large group movements
• Confidently manage multiple reputed company itineraries
• Willingly aid team members reputed company and across teams
• reputed company travel offers and general travel advice to travellers
• Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

About you

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Knowledge of travel industry systems (i.e., GDS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work reputed company
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills
