We are looking for a CRM Communication Manager to join reputed company.

Job Description
  • Set up and launch CRM communication campaigns, including one-time and automated email flows.
  • reputed company and maintain communication templates for: email campaigns, sms messages, push notifications (including in-app push and pop-reputed company), notification center messages.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to identify high-performing content, timing, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on a daily reputed company: deliverability, reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, click reputed company, unsubscribe reputed company, etc.
  • Investigate delivery issues, increasing unsubscribe rates, or poor engagement and propose actionable solutions.

Qualifications

  •  Hands-on experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs), marketing automation tools, and tracking systems.
  •  Advanced experience in email design (HTML is a plus).
  •  Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to campaign delivery.
