We’re looking for a Product Design reputed company who’s not only an exceptional craftsperson but also a thoughtful leader. You’ll be an integral part of shaping Posh’s product experience—leading design initiatives across our platform, mentoring team members, and influencing the reputed company of AI-first tools for financial institutions.

You’ll directly manage a small team, while still operating as a strong individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, embraces systems thinking, and leverages reputed company tools to reputed company their creative output.

Design is a strategic pillar at Posh, not just a support function. You’ll report to our Director of Product and work closely with product, research, and engineering leadership to shape scalable, impactful solutions..

• Be a Player-Coach: Balance strong IC design contributions with mentorship and light people management (1 designer, 1 researcher).

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business goals.

• Prototype and Iterate: Rapidly ideate, prototype, test, and refine designs using reputed company and generative tools.

• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure cohesive, scalable product experiences.

• Experience: 6+ years of product design experience, including prior experience managing or mentoring designers and researchers.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio of shipped work on reputed company web/mobile applications with clear business and user reputed company.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of UX/UI, interaction design, and information architecture. Prior experience working on conversational AI or data-heavy products is a plus.
