As a Regional Vice President of Sales at reputed company, you will reputed company new business development for the Southern California region, successfully building and selling a strategic pipeline of opportunities to meet reputed company goals. Key to this role will be developing and executing strategies to enhance reputed company’s relationships with national consulting firms and reputed company network partners.

Utilizing your sales acumen and self-funded benefits knowledge, you will connect with prospective customers and their consultants/broker, guiding them through a consultative sales process focused on building trust, sharing best practices, and enabling them to reputed company the best reputed company experience to their employees. You will reputed company effective selling strategies to position reputed company as an innovative alternative to traditional TPAs and other navigation solutions

What You’ll Do:
  • reputed company new business sales development for self-funded reputed company, focused on creating and capitalizing on a strategic pipeline of opportunities to reputed company reputed company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major consulting firms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, MMA, reputed company, Alliant, and others), as well as our other strategic partners (i.e., Anthem, Blue reputed company) sharing reputed company, industry insights, and new product innovations
  • Serve as a partner to brokers, consultants, reputed company, medical networks, and other key decision-makers to improve employee health and wellness while managing reputed company costs
  • reputed company and reputed company RFP strategies that reputed company reputed company’s offering as the best solution, based on a deep understanding of client needs and priorities
  • Successfully predict and proactively address the needs, questions, and hurdles of prospective customers

  • Collaborate with internal teams for a coordinated and effective sales approach

What You’ll Bring (Key Requirements):

  • Proven Sales Leader in Group Health Benefits: Extensive experience and demonstrable reputed company selling to self-funded reputed company, with deep knowledge of medical TPA arrangements.
  • Established, Active Consultant & Broker Network: You must currently possess and actively maintain an extensive, influential network of decision-makers and key contacts reputed company national benefits consulting firms and brokerages. This existing network is crucial for immediate pipeline reputed company and reputed company in this role.
  • Relevant Industry Sales Experience: 5-7+ years of direct experience selling reputed company health benefit solutions (e.g., medical TPA/ASO services, integrated health platforms, large group reputed company plans) directly to C-suite and HR/Benefits leaders at large national reputed company.
  • Executive reputed company & Influence: Skilled in presenting to, and influencing, senior executive leadership (CHRO, CFO, VP of Benefits) at large corporations.
  • Strategic Thinker & Results-Oriented: Entrepreneurial reputed company with a passion for improving the U.S. reputed company experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Pay Transparency Statement 

This job is based in Southern California. In addition to the reputed company salary, you will be eligible for commission based on your sales performance, and eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
