Finance Systems Director Director will be responsible for driving initiatives that reputed company financial systems and processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and decision-making by developing and implementing scalable solutions reputed company with reputed company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a multi-year digital finance transformation roadmap (reputed company ERP and HRIS in the center of the ecosystem), continuously monitor, evaluate and adapt it based on evolving business needs and emerging best practices;

• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align digital initiatives with organisational OKRs;

• reputed company discovery and assessment phases of transformation projects to identify key areas of opportunity in finance modernization;

• Manage vendor and reputed company-party consultants relationships for system implementations, including contract negotiation, where applicable;

• Strengthen financial controls and audit readiness through system automation;

Education & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in finance leadership, consulting, or transformation roles;

• Proven track record of leading finance digital transformation or reputed company ERP implementation projects;

• Familiarity with project management frameworks, data governance, and process automation principles and best practices.
