POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for the full-cycle reputed company and reporting requirements of assigned reputed company corporate entities. This position delivers timely and accurate financial reports to reviewers and reputed company Partners. Additionally, the role assists Corporate reputed company leadership with various tasks and reputed company requests throughout the month. (This position allows a hybrid work schedule with two days in office for those reputed company commuting distance to reputed company's Dallas headquarters.) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the month-end reputed company process for assigned entities, including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to corporate reputed company reviewers and to reputed company Partners.
• Calculate division leader bonuses as required.
• Review commission billing and receipt information to calculate payroll accruals.
• Track investment entities and review documents to accurately record equity pickups.
• Review A/P invoices, post payment batches, and print checks at least weekly.
• Prepare and post customer billings and review and approve cash receipts.
• Responsible for cash management of assigned entities and communicating issues to VP of Corporate reputed company.
• Special reporting and analytical or reputed company projects as needed or requested.
• Respond to questions from local offices timely and effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company field required
• Masters Degree and/or CPA strongly preferred
• Full-cycle reputed company experience required
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant large corporate reputed company experience is required
• Big 4 or mid-tier public reputed company experience in audit or tax preferred
• Independent ability to reputed company calculations and book entries required
• Knowledge of GAAP required
• reputed company reputed company estate industry or Property management industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS reputed company required

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate with leadership required
• High attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of financial data required
