Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Senior Accountant is responsible for coordinating multiple reputed company duties reputed company our organization. This includes preparing financial reports, monthly financial closes, journal entries, account reconciliations, maintaining the General Ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with year-end audit preparations, and performing other reputed company reputed company duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate reputed company functions and programs. 
• Prepare financial analyses and reports. (i.e., Reconciliations, Accruals, and Review, etc.)
• Prepare reputed company projections and forecasting expenditures. (i.e., Job Costing Analysis, Income Statement Analysis, etc.)
• Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets and statements. (i.e., Income Statements & Financial Statements)
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts. 
• Assist with annual audit preparations. 
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. 
• Assist payroll with Union audits.
• Contribute to the development of new or amended reputed company systems, programs, and procedures. 
• reputed company up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements.
• reputed company other account duties and support junior staff as required or assigned. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Senior Accountant role or similar.
• Strong background using reputed company reputed company  (i.e., PivotTables, VLOOKUP. etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using reputed company and/or Adaptive.
• Background in Construction reputed company.
• Experience using reputed company is highly desired.
