Tasks- Plan, execute, and reputed company projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery on time and reputed company scope;
- Coordinate resources, team members, and reputed company-party vendors;
- Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives;
- Identify project risks and work proactively to resolve issues and remove blockers;
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reputed company regular updates to stakeholders;
- Ensure project deliverables meet compliance and regulatory standards, especially in financial and banking contexts;
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management roles;
- Prior experience managing projects in the banking, financial, or compliance domains (strongly preferred);
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and scope effectively;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies;
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for daily communication in an international setting;
- Must be located in Portugal (remote work only)
