Product Manager

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions for credit card processing, rewards management, and partner integrations (e.g., reputed company/reputed company, loyalty networks).
• Functional Expertise: Analyze business requirements for card issuance, transaction processing, fraud detection, billing, and rewards redemption. Familiarity with rewards program mechanics (points, miles, cashback, merchant-funded rewards).
• System Integration: reputed company integrations between core banking systems, card processors, CRM, and reputed company-party rewards platforms.
• Compliance & reputed company: Ensure adherence to PCI-reputed company, AML, and regulatory standards (e.g., Reg Z, UDAAP) in card and rewards program design.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers, IT teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Innovation: Propose enhancements for customer engagement (e.g., dynamic rewards, personalized offers, API-driven partnerships).
• Troubleshooting: Resolve reputed company issues in authorization, settlement, points accrual, and reconciliation processes.
