About the position The Director/Senior Director of Veterinary Medicine will play a pivotal role in the technical education of both the Company's personnel and external customers. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, conducting training sessions through ride-alongs with sales representatives and facilitating technical presentations in both formal and informal settings. These settings may include lunch and dinner meetings, technical wet-labs, distributor training sessions, and veterinary medical association meetings and conferences. Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, as well as faculty, reputed company, and staff at veterinary schools, will be essential to the role. The role is particularly focused on research and development in the area of reproduction and breeding, with an expectation to complete studies that reputed company to published, peer-reviewed articles. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

• Licensed to practice in at least one US state.

• Minimum of 4 years of veterinary practice, with preference for prior industry experience.

• Experience in education, coaching, training, and public speaking to diverse groups.

• Dedicated equine experience is a must.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company).
