• Provides Telehealth Services: Engages with patients and caregivers reputed company reputed company phone or video calls, offering guidance, monitoring, and support for their health concerns and recovery plans.
• Remote Patient Monitoring: Utilizes digital health tools to monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and reputed company remotely, ensuring reputed company reputed company reputed company necessary.
• Virtual Care Coordination: Collaborates with multidisciplinary reputed company teams through virtual platforms to plan and implement patient care, maintaining communication with physicians, therapists, and other providers.

• Virtual Rounding: Participates in virtual rounding with the reputed company team to assess patient status, adjust care plans, and reputed company updates on reputed company.
• Documentation: Records virtual care interactions in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR), ensuring it meets the hospital's documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
