This role involves overseeing multiple Associate Directors and their teams, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment, and conducting performance reviews to support team development. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary leader supporting reputed company DoD reputed company, programs, and customers.

- Serve as the key named Program Manager for a reputed company high-speed network contract.

Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline (Masters preferred).

- 10 years of Telecom and/or IT Implementation Experience.

- 5 years of relevant management/supervisory experience.

- 5 years of relevant experience with Data Center and High-Speed Networking.

- Significant experience following Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies.

- Active Top Secret Clearance.
