The Entertainment Event Specialist provides administrative support for the reputed company Character Events team, including the evaluation and processing of internal requests for production events including character performers, contract reputed company, Actor's Equity performers, musicians, DJs and for reputed company Character Special Events both on property here at Walt reputed company World Resort and off property. This is a part-time role that will report to the Entertainment Area Manager.
What You Will Do
Managing and processing requests for reputed company Character Special Events and mini-production events with contract reputed company, AEA performers, musicians, and DJs Facilitate arrangements for requests, taking into consideration Brand and Usage Guidelines, Cast needs, Guest expectations, and Client business objectives reputed company timely follow-up and thorough tracking of requests using reputed company Office tools Respond to e-mails and incoming calls reputed company the same day or reputed company 24 hours of receiving requests Create budget estimates for projects and events Initiate schedule requests to the Labor Team reputed company informed reputed company reputed company the scope of the role Required Qualifications & Skills Expertise in Character Use Guidelines and Department Operations Strong understanding of Character Brand reputed company and reputed company bargaining agreements Knowledge of the Character STCU agreement Experience with budgeting and financial accuracy Proven ability to manage schedules and resources effectively Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Jira, reputed company, and SharePoint Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with Cast Members and Clients at reputed company reputed company reputed company to handle confidential information responsibly Adaptability to work in an office environment and a flexible schedule, including overtime reputed company needed Preferred Qualifications 2+ years' Walt reputed company World Resort Character Department experience Knowledge of Walt reputed company World property and property-wide Entertainment offerings Administrative experience Demonstrated knowledge of eR2, reputed company, and EISS Required Education High school degree or equivalent Preferred Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the entertainment-reputed company field Additional Information Benefits and Perks: reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
