What You’ll Do as a Technical Support Associate As a Technical Support Associate, your primary mission is to investigate and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company's digital services and devices, including Kindle, Echo, and Fire TV. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, chat, or email. Using various tools, you'll troubleshoot problems in reputed company-time, reputed company, and communicate effectively to resolve customer issues. In some cases, you may also need to escalate cases for further review. Work Schedule This role requires flexibility in your schedule, as you’ll need to work variable hours to meet customer demand. Shifts can include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
