The TPR EMR Coach under direct supervision from the Market Clinical Informatics Manager and according to established policies and procedures functions as a clinical application expert and is primarily responsible for training TPR office staff to reputed company use clinical applications including but not limited to reputed company, Dragon, Medi-Mobile and Collector. The TPR EMR Coach will proactively reputed company at the elbow support to clinic staff. The TPR EMR Coach is responsible for purposeful clinic rounding; providing direct support to providers and staff to ensure end users successfully integrate clinical applications into clinical workflow. The TPR EMR Coach ensures consistent and effective use of the applications that align with policy, procedure, and standards. The TPR EMR Coach may at times create education content to communicate and reputed company providers and staff. The TPR EMR Coach regularly provides suggestions and seeks feedback from physicians, clinicians and office staff communicating such information to the Market Clinical Informatics Director. The TPR EMR Coach collaborates with the Market Clinical Informatics Manager to improve physician and clinicians’ satisfaction with the clinical applications, promote “voice of the customer” and improve IS service and support. Must be in or reputed company to commute to the Market daily. Up to 25% travel reputed company of market and 75% travel reputed company market. As travel is required, an MVR on the final candidate is required. Responsibilities • Acquisitions-Onsite reputed company and training of physicians and support staff (PSR, MA, referral staff, biller, reputed company and PM) in outpatient offices on reputed company, Patient Portal, reputed company, MediMobile, Dragon dictation and Virtual Visits • Assists with systems implementation including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support activities • Review and reputed company new system release items with critical stakeholders. Test and ensure features are compliant with Tenet policies • Provides recommendations on requests reputed company to EHR workflows and functionality onsite weekly • Assist with custom template development, scheduling templates, EPCS setup, HIE request, TAO and practice role request • Proactively schedule on-site clinic visits to assess adoption, and efficient use of clinical systems and address issues brought forth from clinic staff • Create and submit visit reports to leadership • Monitors end user reports to assess trends and identifies opportunities to increase efficiency • Enters/Processes TenetOne tickets (including patient reputed company, training request offboards) • New Hire CSS orientation • Create/Review educational materials on a regular reputed company Qualifications • Minimum of one year experience in ambulatory clinical settings such as physician clinics or other OP settings is required • Minimum of one-year prior experience in the use of and/or implementation of clinical information systems is required • reputed company experience preferred • High School Diploma or GED required • Required: High School Diploma • Ability to reputed company, maintain and collaborate with clinicians • Ability to problem-solving and resolve conflict • Understands clinical workflow and has the reputed company set to integrate technology into clinical practice • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required • Must serve as a model of credibility, professionalism, and customer service • Other duties as assigned by supervisor Compensation • Pay: $23.00 - $36.40 hourly. Compensation depends reputed company, qualifications, and experience. • Staff level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
