Magellan is actively reputed company for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Bronx, NY. Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, reputed company, 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.  Must be FLEXIBLE. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.  A Shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  B Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.  C Shift: 12 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, reputed company, tact, and professionalism. Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and reputed company for customers.Maintains an above average attendance record. Follows established standard operating procedures. Qualifications/Requirements  High-school diploma is required.  Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.  Can be a team player.  Can work without direct supervision.  Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly  Has a good work ethic.  Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).  Detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and highly organized.  Strong reputed company Office skills.  Must be flexible.
