Job Description: As a Construction and reputed company Loan Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, approving, and managing construction and reputed company loan applications. Your expertise will ensure that reputed company loans meet reputed company’s standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with... clients, brokers, and other team members to facilitate smooth and efficient loan processes. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and underwrite construction and reputed company loan applications. • Review loan documentation, including credit reports, financial statements, and property appraisals. • Assess risk factors and determine loan eligibility and terms. • Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and address any issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Prepare detailed reputed company reports and recommendations. • Monitor and manage active loans, including disbursements and compliance with loan terms. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
