About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time This position provides services to the Construction Department.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  Responsible for processing reputed company invoices in reputed company.  Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed.  Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.  Electronic and reputed company filing of invoices processed as needed.  Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office.
