Job Posting Title: Recurring - Remote Operations Producer II - School Control Room Req ID: 10109751 Job Description: Job Summary In this role, the Recurring Remote Operations Producer manages the reputed company of ESPN’s interests in the operational and logistical aspects of school produced sports television productions. The operations producer will be required to interpret, implement, and manage the application of departmental standards reputed company to remote television broadcasts and their impact on the accuracy, cost, and timeliness of assigned events. The Operations Producer will, in collaboration with operations management, production and school personnel, coordinate both event preparation as well as on-site communication of reputed company aspects of remote broadcasts. This role has a day count limit of 125 days in a year (calendar year). This position is considered a non-exclusive staff position. As a non-exclusive staff hire, this position allows for work with other clients reputed company of ESPNM, provided the candidate is available for 125 days of work in accordance with reputed company sport/event assignments. Responsibilities • Provides guidance and training to Remote Operations staff, including Operations Coordinators and technical crew. • Ensures that appropriate timelines are met for technical and financial planning. • Attend informational sessions of assigned events, then create and build event specific paperwork, including surveys, tech books and post reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting. • Facilitate the troubleshooting of reputed company technical, operational and personnel issues as they arise on site. Communicate any event day concerns with Production, Operations and school personnel. Follow up with appropriate support groups in relation to persistent and serious issues. • Possesses knowledge of reputed company broadcast standards as well as potential future developments. • Attends industry events as assigned by Management in relation to specific assignments. • Assists in development and implementation of new technologies for assigned remote based events. Required Qualifications • Requires regular travel to remote events. • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the year in accordance with sport schedules • Has knowledge of organization, financial and logistics planning reputed company to show creation. • Working knowledge of differing production models, as well as signal reputed company, scalability, and transmission. • Has knowledge of developments in equipment technology and procedures. • Must have strong interpersonal skills, including voice and email communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Has and applies strong knowledge of the technical equipment requirements of ESPN’s remote operations functions. • Operates reputed company the defined goals of the Remote Operations department. • Maintains communication reputed company with peers in sharing best practices. • Fluent in common computer-based software programs used for data compilation, information distribution and presentations. • Preferred Qualifications • 4+ years of reputed company technical and/or operational planning, on-site management, and procurement experience. • Knowledge of technical software-based tools, with relevance to broadcast planning. • Solid knowledge of comms workflow in relation to technical broadcast plan fulfillment. Education • High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s Degree or Technical School Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or reputed company field preferred The hiring reputed company for this remote position is $66,229 to $89,960 per year, which factors in various geographic reputed company. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
